Cause of dseade:

Is also called (Granular corneal dystrophy) caused by a mutation in the TGFBI gene, located on chromosome 5q31. The disorder is inherited in an autosomal dominant manner.

Method of Test:

MLPA - Capillary Electrophoresis.

Type of Sample:

Blood, Amino synthesis, Tissue, Bucal Swab.

Test Duration:

1-2 weeks.
